REFUND POLICY

At Body Suite Spa, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. Please review our refund policy below for details on returns, exchanges, and refunds.

Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received them.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required for all returns.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as final sale

  • Personal care items (e.g., skincare products, lotions) that have been opened or used

  • Custom or personalized items

Return Process

  1. Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at [customer service email] or [customer service phone number] to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Receive a Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and detailed instructions for returning your item(s).

  3. Ship the Item: Pack the item(s) securely in the original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documentation. Clearly write the RA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective items).

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
